About Us

About us

Sarthak is an innovative and mission-driven organization that was founded in 2012 as an NGO in Central India to increase awareness on causes that bind communities together.

Over the last 10 years, Sarthak has committed itself across a variety of projects and sectors - from education to the environment, it has worked with small and large partner organizations, while independently focusing on how to bridge gaps to implement programs for the benefit of society.

Having worked with governmental and non-governmental organizations, Sarthak has achieved success through the execution of awareness camps, restoration of water sources, implementation of large-scale plantations, and more.

The word 'Sarthak' finds meaning in something that is well done, or has a purpose. True to its moniker, Sarthak aims to bring about significant changes in society through various strategies and policies.

Sarthak is an all-rounded NGO in Madsaur, Madhya Pradesh, dedicated to transform communities by promoting projects across:

At Sarthak, our team has always been eager to foster an era of change by encouraging local volunteers, and public and private bodies to develop sustainable means of life.

Focus on Change

Sarthak is based on the idea that change is around the corner. With a mission to improve the quality of life across a wide range of spheres like health, education, women's rights and the environment, it aims to spearhead large-scale change in society.

Driving Innovation

At Sarthak, we believe that innovation helps bring about stronger outcomes. As time evolves, so do methodologies and processes, and we focus on innovative approaches to counter and overcome challenges.

Implementing Low-Cost Interventions

When we take up issues that affect society at large, we understand that change cannot be fostered in a day, or just by a few people. This is why, our focus is not just to provide solutions, but to initiate sustainable solutions through both awareness and implementation. We want to change mindsets and behaviours at both the organisational, and the societal level through low-cost interventions which can be easily adopted and replicated.

Powerful Voice

Having a voice means having the power to influence people and the decisions they make. Our aim at Sarthak is to nurture not just our own voice, but unheard voices in society so people can easily express themselves, and vocalise their thoughts, ideas, and strategies to create an impact in society.
